
BLP Salesman's CD ROM Presenter
Introduction
BLP is a world leader in the provision of MDF products for
all of the major kitchen and bedroom manufacturers.
Problem
For their sales force, with a product range of nearly 1000
items, possessing the right product to present at the appropriate time was
almost impossible.
Solution
After an initial period of consultation, we developed a CD
ROM sales tool that enabled their salesmen to not only demonstrate their full
range, but also have instant access to technical information.
Using 3D modelling techniques, we were able to create a VirtualEnterprise which showed BLP's
products in real situations without having to build and photograph full size
working rooms.
Result
The implementation of this product resulted in the more effective use of salesmen's time, decreased sales costs and increased sales revenue.
