Introduction

Cyrano is a leading developer of software testing solutions. They have a huge amount of information in the form of an extensive sales and marketing asset database, including PowerPoint presentations, Acrobat PDF files and Lotus Screen Cam demos. All these items are in multiple languages.

 

Problem

Over the last 18 months we have completed a number of consultancy lead projects where the client had tremendous amounts of information that didn't improve sales productivity. In fact, people become bogged down under it's weight.

 

The key was to turn their information into knowledge, delivering relevant information to solve a specific problem without the user having to wade through irrelevant data.

 

Solution

Our Knowledgebase 'master play engine' was used to access Cyrano's asset database via a questions grid which then delivered relevant content from the database, based on the users need to solve a specific problem. Like many of our clients, they also wanted a solution that they could update without having to come back to us.

 

Result

Cyrano have achieved their goal of turning information into sales. This has in turn improved sales conversion rates and released expensive product managers to carry out more valuable tasks.
